Mark Geary is the Vice President of Operations at Digital Hands, an onshore, woman-owned IT services company specializing in endpoint and data security. He is responsible for R&D, product development, service delivery, and customer support. Under his leadership, Digital Hands has received three global awards from the Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) --- “Service Excellence in Integrated Services" in 2008, “Best Practice in Customer Commitment” in 2009, and “Service Excellence in Complex Applications Support” in 2011. Geary was acknowledged as the “2009 Customer Service Executive of the Year” by the American Business Awards and his team received the 2009 Gold Stevie for "Customer Service Team of the Year". Mark is a recognized thought leader in comprehensive security operations management. His operations model goes beyond traditional IT platform installation and monitoring to include detailed workflow, incident management, breach response, remediation and forensics. He is an advocate of elevating security beyond platform selection to be a fully funded, adequately skilled, operations center with a justifiable ROI.
